Hot & Toddy

With the temperature dropping, the tea drinking seems to be increasing. Not so surprisingly, it has us craving a good toddy. Often used medicinally, but we prefer them in multiples served in the company of friends - warmed in a crockpot of course.

2 shots Bourbon (we prefer Four Roses Single Barrel)
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 cup boiling-hot water



garnish with a slice of lemon peel. divine.
