Prosecco Sorbetto? Yes Please!

We're starting to get into those hot, sticky days of summer, which can only be alleviated by swimming pools, beach days, AC, and, frozen treats.  Why not indulge in frozen treats like a proper lady, and infuse some bubbles in there?  Yes please, we say here at Gastronomista HQ!

Fortunately for you and for me, Il Laboratorio del Gelato has done all the hard work for us, and has created a limited edition sorbetto using Ruffino Prosecco and combined it with Clementines!!  It's bright, citrusy, honey sweet, and cold.  Magically, the more bites you have, the more you can taste the effervescent wine, and the flavors of pear, peach, and citrus pair beautifully with the freshly squeezed clementine.  Amazingly enough, each batch is prepared fresh each day, and is made using only Ruffino Prosecco, clementine juice, sugar, and filtered water. 

Run, don't walk, to Il Laboratorio del Gelato to pick yourself up a pint of this boozy ambrosia.  $10.50 for a 20 oz package.
