Tanqueray No. Ten Imperial Shaker

A proper hostess knows how to keep all of her guests fed, entertained, and most importantly, knows how to ensure that all of the guests have full cocktail coupes (at least that's what my grandmother taught me).

With the re-introduction of the historical Imperial Shaker made exclusively for Tanqueray No. Ten, you can be a hostess supreme - preparing numerous shakers of cocktails at once without breaking a sweat (or a nail).  The Imperial shaker locks and loads 4 cocktail shakers, and then using a cast iron crank, shakes said shakers in a vigorous elliptical shake that is far superior to your hand shake.   The result?  Guests ooh-ing and ahh-ing, wanting to crank for themselves, and of course, perfectly shaken Ramos Gin Fizzes.  Genius.

I want one.

And how about those Ramos Gin Fizzes?? Behold:

Ramos Gin Fizz
2 oz Tanqueray No 10
3/4 oz 1:1 Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Half and Half
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
5 Drops Orange Flower Water

Orange Peel Coin for Garnish

Dry shake all the ingredients for 1 minute.  Add 3 ice cubes and shake for an additional minute.  Strain into a tall glass.  Squeeze an orange coin onto the surface of the cocktail, and drop into the cocktail.

Cheers!
